About
A native Brooklynite, Candice has had a longstanding NYC Real Estate career specializing in Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Prospect Heights, Park Slope and Fort Greene. She started her journey 16 years ago at Brooklyn Heights Real Estate, Inc. as an agent turned associate broker, where she successfully honed her skills and developed long standing relationships with many local landlords and clients.
Patience, empathy, compassion and a sense of humor are the hallmarks of Candice’s personal style and business ethos. She understands the emotion involved with renting in this competitive NYC market, as well as buying or selling a home, because she has been there herself. She works diligently to ensure that all parties’ needs are understood and met. As a result, Candice not only enjoys repeat business and referrals, but calls many former clients, friends.
Candice works hard to provide a seamless experience for both the landlord, whom she represents, as well as the customer. Whether you are looking for the perfect rental apartment in your price range and desired neighborhood or the perfect home for years to come, Candice is ready to work with you.
Candice has always had a passion for construction and design. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2000, where she earned a degree in Fashion Buying & Merchandising, she worked for several high-end retailers in NYC. She eventually ventured off to start a successful independent clothing line before she became enchanted with her hometowns’ charm and potential, and it was out of this genuine love of Brooklyn that her passion for real estate evolved.
When Candice is not helping you find your next home, she enjoys yoga, running and dining at many of her favorite restaurants in Brooklyn.
